This website is operated by Blooming Lines Art. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Blooming Lines Art. By accessing this site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any additional policies referenced on this site, including our Return Policy and Privacy Policy.
2. Products and Services
Blooming Lines Art offers made-to-order art products, including prints, framed prints, greeting cards, and related items. Because our products are custom made, slight variations in color, cropping, paper texture, framing, or print placement may occur. These minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors exactly as they appear in print.
3. Made-to-Order Items
All products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for:
change of mind
incorrect size selection
incorrect product selection
shipping delays outside our control
minor color differences caused by screen settings
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
We also reserve the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently offer shipping according to the options shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or customs-related issues, additional reshipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is lost in transit, please contact us at blooming.lines.art@gmail.com as soon as possible.
To help us resolve the issue, please include:
your order number
a brief description of the issue
clear photos showing the problem, if applicable
For damaged, defective, or misprinted items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. For lost packages, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
When appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect selections.
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that are:
damaged in transit
defective
misprinted
lost in transit

All artwork, images, designs, branding, logos, text, and other content on this website are the property of Blooming Lines Art and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Products purchased from Blooming Lines Art are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, resell, scan, distribute, or commercially exploit our artwork or products without permission.
10. Order Refusal and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as:
suspected fraud
inaccurate pricing
product availability issues
abuse of store policies
suspected unauthorized resale
If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund.
11. Third-Party Services
Certain products may be fulfilled or shipped through third-party providers. We are not responsible for independent actions, delays, or service interruptions caused by those third parties, except where required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blooming Lines Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website or from any products purchased through it.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that product or order.
