At Blooming Lines Art, each item is made to order especially for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect product selection, or minor color differences caused by screen settings.

We will gladly assist if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is lost in transit.

1. Made-to-Order Items

All Blooming Lines Art products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect size selection

  • incorrect product selection

  • minor color differences due to screen settings

  • shipping delays outside our control

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Eligible Issues

You may contact us regarding a replacement or refund if your item:

  • arrives damaged

  • has a printing or manufacturing defect

  • is misprinted

  • is significantly different from what you ordered

  • is lost in transit

3. Time to Contact Us

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

4. How to Request Help

To report an issue, please email us at blooming.lines.art@gmail.com and include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the problem, if applicable

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or customs-related issues, additional reshipping charges may apply.

6. Refunds and Replacements

If your claim is approved, we may provide:

  • a replacement product, or

  • a refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • buyer’s remorse

  • incorrect size selection

  • incorrect product selection

  • minor variations in color, cropping, paper texture, framing, or print placement

  • delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control
