Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Blooming Lines Art. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Made-to-Order Fulfillment
All Blooming Lines Art products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed rather than kept in pre-made inventory. Because each product is created on demand, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Production times may vary depending on the product type, order volume, holidays, and seasonal demand.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping within the United States and to select international destinations. Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders within the United States. Free or discounted shipping may also be available to select international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and certain EFTA States.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product type, product size, quantity, and delivery destination. Some products, including framed posters and larger framed prints, may have discounted shipping rates instead of free shipping due to packaging, size, destination, and fulfillment costs.
Available shipping destinations, shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
For select international destinations, some products may qualify for free shipping, while others may have discounted shipping rates. For example, greeting cards and unframed poster prints may qualify for free shipping to more destinations, while framed posters may have discounted shipping rates depending on the destination and size.
Shipping costs may vary based on product type, product size, order quantity, and delivery destination. Any applicable shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. Unless these charges are specifically shown and collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
4. Processing and Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times include both production time and shipping transit time. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Tracking Information
If tracking information is available for your order, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after your order ships. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the package is handed to the carrier.
6. International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country.Unless these charges are specifically shown and collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Customs processing may also delay delivery. Blooming Lines Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, local delivery services, or import processing.
7. Multiple Shipments
Because some products require different packaging, items in the same order may ship separately. For example, posters, framed prints, and greeting cards may be packaged or shipped in separate parcels. If your order ships in multiple packages, tracking information may be provided separately when available.
8. Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed package, customs-related issues, or delivery problems outside our control, additional reshipping charges may apply.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at blooming.lines.art@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.
